When I am in Fujikawaguchiko, I like staying here. No doubt, it’s a wonderful small hotel. Its location is stunning, close to tourist attractions as well as Fujikawaguchiko.

Fantastic service during my such great stay. The rooms with mount fuji view. A wide range of fantastic food at breakfast time. Kindness of the staff. Amazing and favourable location in Fujikawaguchiko, really close to shops, around the lake, and the cable car and wharf.

Everything was perfect, beautifully maintained and neat room with mount fuji view. The hotel was in an absolutely incredible location very close to the train station or the rides park Highlands and restaurants.

We usually stay here for a trip and the room is always well-maintained and reasonably priced. Everyone who works in the hotel is supper friendly and absolutely kind. It boasts favourable, stunning location near to train station and restaurants and cafés and the lake & Mount Fuji. Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district definitely deserves exploring.

Beds were too soft.

Its location is stunning and top right by Fujikawaguchiko as well as museum and boat service. Plus, it is set 5 km from Thomas Land.

The staff were fantastic and awesome too. Super location just off the cable car and wharf, Fuji mountain, and the lake & Mount Fuji, I felt safe. Luckily it was close to Fujiyama Cookie, had pastries there when it was cloudy outside.

Make sure to get japanese-style room with a big window, a mountain view. The employees are supper friendly and exceptionally kind.

We booked japanese-style room that was complete with a private bathroom and a big window as advertised. An electric kettle and a fridge were a huge plus. It had great and top location, just next door to Fuji-San, bus stop and museum and boat service.

The location is good and top, just a pleasant stroll away from a nostalgic museum...

The hotel is peaceful and reasonably large with thoughtful staff members. Lots of fabulous food. Very good service, amazing and beautiful position in front of bus stop. Based really close to bus station and lake, museum area, and the lake & Mount Fuji:)))

The location is amazing and top, 3 miles from Fuji-q-Highland Park.

I had an amazing stay at a cozy ryokan with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. The traditional tatami room and futon beds added to the authentic experience. The kaiseki style dining was a highlight, with delicious and elaborate meals prepared with care. The onsen on the 4th floor provided a breathtaking experience, and the attentive service from the staff made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and traditional Japanese experience.
